It was slang according to pyratical lore that the term for the littered wounded and dead on deck after a battle was coined "The Butcher's Bill."
We paired this slang with our drawing of the mighty and feared Captain Edward Teach, otherwise known as the infamous BLACK BEARD! Lore has it that this foul mouthed, brazen, giant of a man set fire to slow burning fuses on his hat in battle and wore colored ribbons in his pigtails. In charge of the forty-gun Queen Ann's Revenge he operated out of Ocracoke Island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Artwork features Moreschi's graphite drawing of the infamous Blackbeard! On the back collar is a line drawing of a coffin with a skull and cross bones and the pyratical term of "The Butcher's Bill has been paid in full." Sleeve art is the collection label of a pirate sloop out running a black squall swelling up in the distance.

Classic Unisex crew neck t-shirt that looks and feels like cotton. Features a ribbed taped neck collar.
Dye Sublimated printing (ink is dyed into the fabric - you will not feel the art print, it will not peel or crack!) for a soft to touch feel of the "print to garment." Full front print, sleeve print, and collar art for the back of the tee- please refer to photos for a visual.

Recommended Cleaning Instructions:

These vintage tees seem to fit a bit tighter than the basic 6.0 oz. heavy cotton tees we normally sell or the performance Vapor style tees. We recommend if you like your tees a bit looser or roomier, get one size up your normal tee size.
