Inspired by the lone statue of General George Washington (located at the Pott's farm and General Headquarters for the Continental Line in 1777 in Valley Forge National Park), Moreschi sketched the statue as a tribute to our great Father of this Grand Republic.
"An Appeal To Heaven" was General George's motto on his Cruiser ship's Flag that was white in color and emblazoned with a cutout of a pine tree (which also was on the Bunker Hill flag).
Handcrafted with the intent to honor General Washington by crafting a hand drawing then antiquing it and designing it within an early Republic style stamp. We are going for a look of class, distinction, and remembrance.
